Your Role in the Experience

Indoor Rentals

  • Floors must be swept, mopped, or vacuumed prior to setup
  • Provide adequate space and ceiling clearance for safe installation
  • Clear the setup area of furniture and personal items before arrival
  • Confirm access to power outlets if required
  • Allow clear entry and setup access during the scheduled delivery window

Outdoor Rentals

  • Call 811 in advance to mark underground utilities for safe staking
  • Ensure grass is freshly cut and the setup area is clear of pet waste
  • Provide a level, unobstructed space free of debris, furniture, or hazards
  • Confirm surface type and adequate clearance for the selected equipment
  • Allow access to the setup area during the scheduled delivery window
