Your Role in the Experience
Indoor Rentals
- Floors must be swept, mopped, or vacuumed prior to setup
- Provide adequate space and ceiling clearance for safe installation
- Clear the setup area of furniture and personal items before arrival
- Confirm access to power outlets if required
- Allow clear entry and setup access during the scheduled delivery window
Outdoor Rentals
- Call 811 in advance to mark underground utilities for safe staking
- Ensure grass is freshly cut and the setup area is clear of pet waste
- Provide a level, unobstructed space free of debris, furniture, or hazards
- Confirm surface type and adequate clearance for the selected equipment
- Allow access to the setup area during the scheduled delivery window
